2. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale govern the online sales of products offered on the site www.antigone-paris.fr to consumer customers, non-commercial adult individuals.

3. Products

The products offered are those described on the site on the day of consultation, within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description and non-contractual photographs.

4. Orders

The order is confirmed once payment has been accepted. ANTIGONE reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an anomaly, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

The customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the items ordered, the total amount paid and the delivery address.

5. Price and payment

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. ANTIGONE accepts payment by credit card, Apple Pay, ShopPay, and PayPal.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made in mainland France via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

• Delivery times: 3 to 7 working days from order confirmation.
• Fees: calculated at the time of order, free for purchases over €200.
• No deliveries are made to PO boxes.
• The customer is responsible for the information provided for delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

• Returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products.
• Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
• Refunds or credits are made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The returned product must be intact, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
