2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the online sale of products on www.antigone-paris.fr to individual, non-trading adult consumers.

3. Products

The products offered are those described on the website on the day of consultation, subject to availability.
Each product comes with a detailed description and non-contractual photographs.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted.
ANTIGONE reserves the right to cancel any order in case of anomaly, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

Customers will receive a confirmation email summarizing the items ordered, total amount paid, and delivery address.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in euros, tax included (TTC).
ANTIGONE accepts payments by credit card, Apple Pay, ShopPay, and PayPal.
Split payments via Alma may be available depending on eligibility.

6. Shipping

Deliveries are currently available within mainland France via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

  • Delivery time: 3 to 6 business days from order confirmation

  • Shipping fees: calculated at checkout, free for orders over €200

  • No deliveries to PO boxes

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective

  • Exchanges are possible, subject to availability

  • Refunds or store credit will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received

  • Sale items are neither refundable nor exchangeable

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging.

We use a majority of certified CFS deadstock fabrics, in line with our commitment to more responsible fashion.
