Welcome to ANTIGONE! The terms “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to ANTIGONE. ANTIGONE operates this shop and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and related services to provide you, as a customer, with a personalized shopping experience (hereafter the “Services”). ANTIGONE is a Shopify‑powered shop, allowing us to deliver the Services to you.
The following Terms of Use, along with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or match their description in our online shops.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantity of any product that we offer to any person, region or jurisdiction, on a case‑by‑case basis.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ANTIGONE reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason in its discretion. Your order is not accepted until ANTIGONE confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. Please review your order carefully before placing it, as ANTIGONE may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify or cancel your order, we will notify you via the email, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time of order.
Your purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or domestic use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES & BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed do not include taxes, shipping & handling, customs or import fees.
Prices displayed in our online shops may differ from those offered in physical stores or other shops operated by third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions on the Services which affect pricing, governed by separate terms. In case of conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms prevail.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase, payment, and account information for all transactions in our shops. You agree to promptly update your account and other information (including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates) so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) your credit card information is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card for purchases, (iii) the funds will be honored by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay all charges in the amounts displayed, including shipping, handling and applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or independent events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to a carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, trade names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of ANTIGONE, its affiliates or licensors and protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, upload, store or transmit any content from the Services without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ANTIGONE.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of ANTIGONE are trademarks of ANTIGONE or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without prior written permission. The names, logos, designs and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks on the Services are the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may have access to tools from third parties offered as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to these tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, representation, or condition of any kind and without any endorsement. We disclaim all liability arising from your use of optional third‑party tools or reliance on them.

ANTIGONE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, sales and purchases you make in our Shop are made directly with ANTIGONE. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not liable for any aspect of the sale between you and ANTIGONE— including any damages or losses arising from products or services purchased. You hereby release Shopify (and its affiliates) from claims, damages and liability arising from such transactions.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK], and in certain cases also by Shopify’s privacy policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.

We’ll notify you of any such claim, though failure to do so does not waive your obligations. We may control the defense and settlement at your cost, including choice of counsel, but cannot settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations without your consent. You must cooperate in defending claims.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or omitted as needed, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
