How do I create or access my account?
Go to “My Account” at the top of the page, then click “Create an account” or “Login.” Enter your email address and you will receive a one-time login code to access your account (history, addresses, preferences).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our workshops begin preparation very quickly. Once the order is validated, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you have any questions, contact us quickly via the contact form to discuss a personalized solution: Contact Form
I have placed several orders, can they be combined?
Each order is processed individually – they cannot be combined, but for a total amount > €200, contact us, we can refund the shipping costs.
What are the delivery times and costs?
We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been validated.
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time depends on the method chosen: between 3 and 7 working days depending on the delivery method chosen.
Please note that these deadlines may be extended during busy periods (collection launches, holidays, sales, etc.).
How to make a return?
You have 14 days upon receipt to request a return via your customer area. Go to the Delivery & Returns page. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
What is the reimbursement period?
The refund will be made within 21 days of confirmation of return and receipt of the package in the warehouse.
What payment methods do you offer?
Here are the accepted payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, PayPal 4x without fees, and Shop to Pay.
What to do in case of a payment error?

How do I choose my size?
On each product page, we have provided a size guide specific to each piece. If necessary, contact us via Instagram or email: contact@antigone-paris.fr
Where are your parts made?
Our clothes are designed in France and all the pieces are made in Portugal in a family workshop.
An item is out of stock, will it be restocked?
Designed as rare pieces, our collections are often produced in limited quantities and are not restocked. Some iconic pieces from our wardrobe may be restocked: sign up for the alert directly on the relevant page.

How do I care for my clothes?
Choose professional washing or machine washing on a cold, delicate cycle, gentle spin, and flat drying. Avoid tumble drying. Consult the labels for the most appropriate advice for each item.
