RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Procedure (Shopify Self-Serve)

We’ve set up a simple, intuitive and secure return interface.

  1. Go to the “My Account” page

  2. Log in using a one-time code sent to your email

  3. Select the order and items you wish to return

  4. Follow the steps and download the return label if available

  5. You will receive a confirmation email at each step

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund, items must:

  • Be new, unworn, unwashed, with no odor or visible signs of wear

  • Be returned in their original packaging (box, pouch, tag included)

  • Include the delivery slip or proof of purchase

  • Be shipped in a secure, sealed, and properly stamped package

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer at her own expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

ANTIGONE cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error is on our part).

Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, simply return your order and place a new one for the piece you want.

Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@antigone-paris.fr with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item in question

We’ll get back to you with a solution as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g. earrings, accessories worn directly on the skin).
