Delivery Zones

We currently deliver exclusively within mainland France.
We are working on expanding to international destinations.
Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when worldwide shipping becomes available.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the selected method, ranging from 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that these timeframes may be extended during high-traffic periods (collection launches, holidays, sales, etc.).

Available Delivery Methods

At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

  • Colissimo (La Poste): home delivery with signature

  • Chronopost: express home delivery (within 24–48h after shipment)

  • Mondial Relay: delivery to a pickup point (more economical and convenient)

Shipping Fees

  • Standard delivery: €6.90 (incl. VAT)

  • Free delivery on all orders over €200 (incl. VAT, after any discounts)

Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout and vary based on the selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us at contact@antigone-paris.fr and include your order number.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned to our studio due to an incorrect address, missed pickup deadline, or refusal to accept the delivery,
reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
We will only reship the order once these additional fees have been paid.
