DELIVERY
Areas served
We currently deliver exclusively to mainland France.
We are working to expand our delivery areas internationally: subscribe to our newsletter to be informed as soon as this becomes available.
Preparation & shipping times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation. Once the order is shipped, the delivery time depends on the method chosen: between 3 and 7 business days.
Please note that these deadlines may be extended during busy periods (collection launches, holidays, sales, etc.).
Delivery methods offered
When checking out, you can choose from the following options:
- Colissimo (La Poste): home delivery against signature
- Chronopost: express home delivery (24-48 hours after dispatch)
- Mondial Relay: delivery to a relay point (more economical and practical)
Rates
- Standard delivery: €7.50 incl. VAT
- Express delivery: €15 incl. VAT
- Free delivery for purchases over €200 including tax (after any discount)
Delivery costs are clearly indicated at the time of shopping and vary depending on the method chosen.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your package in real time.
If you have any delivery issues, please contact us at contact@antigone-paris.fr and include your order number.
Orders not delivered or returned to sender
If a package is returned to our workshop due to an incorrect address, failure to collect within the time limit, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. We will only reship the order once these costs have been paid.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return policy
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Return Procedure (Self-Serve Shopify)
We have implemented a simple, intuitive and secure return interface.
- Go to the “My Account” page
- Log in with a one-time code sent by email
- Select the order and items you wish to return
- Follow the steps and download the label if available
A confirmation email will be sent to you at each step.
The return must be sent with the label provided or dropped off at the following address:

In the package, please include your order number and your personal information (first name, last name and email) to help us process your return quickly.
Conditions for accepting returns
To be eligible for a refund, products must:
- Be new, unworn, unwashed, with no visible odor or traces of trying on
- Be returned in their original packaging (box, pouch, label)
- Include delivery receipt or proof of purchase
- Be shipped in a sturdy, well-sealed package with correct postage
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
In this case, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a service with a tracking number.
ANTIGONE cannot be held responsible for a package lost or damaged during return.
Refund
The refund will be made within 21 days of confirmation of return and receipt of the package in the warehouse.
Initial delivery charges are not refunded (unless we made an error).
Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchange.
If you would like a different size or item, simply return your order and reorder the new item. Please contact us by email to reserve your new item.
Defective items or order error
In case of a defective item or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@antigone-paris.fr , with:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item in question
We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g. earrings, accessories worn directly on the skin) — this information is specified where applicable on the product sheet.
